Deliveries and Returns

 

 

We are offering a free local delivery service in the Malvern area for all orders online, by phone or email in addition to our nationwide service.

Colemans aim to despatch online, telephone or email orders within 24 hours of receipt on orders received Monday - Friday.

All nationwide orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked Delivery, or Parcelforce which is fully tracked from point of dispatch. Please note that all delivery services may be affected by delays due to the current crisis. 

We offer free delivery for orders over £25 and a flat rate of £2.95 for orders below £25.

If your item is damaged or faulty then please contact us to arrange a refund or replacement.

If you change your mind about your order please inform us within 14 calendar days of receipt.  Goods must be returned 14 calendar days of the day on which you inform us that you wish to make a return.  You are responsible for paying return shipment costs if orders are returned for this reason.  Refunds will be issued within 7 days and in any event no later than 14 calendar days after you inform us that you wish to cancel under this provision and will include standard delivery charges.  We regret that additional costs such as express delivery and gift-wrapping cannot be refunded.
